If the two inputs designed for RTDs are working (A and B), RTD A is connected to the BM-HMI 26, 27, and 28 ports, and RTD B is connected to 26, 29, and 30 terminals.
When only the RTD B is working, it must be connected to the 26, 29, and 30 terminals, and a jumper needs to be installed between ports 26 and 27, in this way, in this configuration the 26, 27, 29, and 30 terminals are used. See the following image:
