The value can range from 1 to 32 simultaneous connections per TCP port. This number can be configured on the web page by following these steps:
⚠ The following step-by-step is applicable to system versions 2.6 or higher. If your system version is older, please contact us through our service portal or WhatsApp to update the system.
1. Access the web page of the relevant SD+ and log in;
2. Click on Mapping > Output - Settings;
3. Click on Create or Edit, so that it is possible to define the connection settings;
4. After completing the process, click on Include (or Change) so that the changes are saved. Then, go to Systems > Restart for the changes to take effect.
If the configuration is done for a scenario where there are multiple disconnections by the user, there may be some inconsistencies in event readings.
This is due to the operation of stacked connections, in which a new connection occupies the first available link. For each link, there is an event buffer, so with frequent disconnections and connections, clients may switch between links and, consequently, between buffers with each connection.
In this case, it is recommended to create separate TCP ports, which can be done on the same configuration screen, as follows:
1. In the Mapping > Output - Settings tab, add the necessary TCP ports and the quantity of clients that can connect simultaneously;
2. After completing the process, click on Include (or Change) to save the changes. Then, go to Systems > Restart for the changes to take effect.
