
1 - Verify the option - Mass Storage
Through the SDG web page, verify if the TM has the mass storage option enabled. To consult, follow the following steps:
1.1 - Access the SDG IP
Add the SDG IP in your browser's search bar.

1.2 - Login to the web page

NOTE: If the system version is lower than 2.3.1, use default as the standard user and password.
1.3 - Access the page "Online"

After accessing the "Online" page, select the TM, then search for "Mass Storage" in the search tab of the Online page.

After searching, it will be possible to verify if the mass storage option is enabled.
2 - Perform the mass log download
2.1 - Consult connection parameters
On the home page, verify the connection port, baud rate (in case of RTU connection), and TM address, as shown in the image below.

2.2 - Access the "Download Log" page
With the MMEM (Mass storage) option enabled, access the "Download Log" page through the "Tools" tab.

2.3 - Fill in the data on the download page
On the log download page, select the TM and fill in the connection, address, and speed data configured in the TM. Use data bits equal to 8, parity equal to none, and stop bits equal to 1. Retries and timeout can be adjusted depending on the stability of the communication network; indicated values are retries equal to 3 and timeout equal to 3000.

2.4 - Start log download
After filling in the data, click "Start Download".


After the download, the file will be available.
