One of the most common applications for the MBR is when the equipment is installed in a cubicle instead of being in the transformer panel, and various questions arise regarding the maximum length the cable should have.
For its proper operation, connection cables must be shielded and with no interruption of their mesh throughout the entire route to avoid external interference to the signal sent. If there is a need for intermediate terminals, the cable shielding should also pass through the terminal. By default, the provided cable has a length of 5 meters. Therefore, for applications at greater distances, you can check the availability of a longer cable or purchase a CP-MBR to interconnect with another (shielded) cable if the sensor with the required cable length is not available.
