Do the SD+ contact outputs require an intermediate component to connect a motor?

Yes, because the output relays are for control and not for power. However, if the load is low power (e.g., the coil of a power relay), it is possible to activate it without an intermediate component.

ℹ️  The operating range of the output relays is:

  • 250 VDC / 70 W (DC), 5 A max.
  • 250 VAC / 220 VA (AC), 5 A max.
