Output

In Mapping > Settings (output) menu, the user will find the following page:

This menu is related to the part of data distribution by SD+ and they are also associated with each other. It creates the virtual IEDs that will be mapped into one or more output protocols. The following is an illustrative example related to the input configuration tabs to a possible monitoring system architecture.

 By clicking on the create button, it is possible to start the process of creating a virtual IED.

1 Modbus/DNP3/IEC61850: It allows the user to choose the communication protocol of the output IED. Will be available or not according to the license purchased by the customer .

2 Connection: Allows the user to choose the physical communication medium and later configure the parameters required by the chosen medium.

2.1 Serial: Using RS-232 or RS-485 it is necessary to inform the data shown below for the communication to be successful; 

2.2 TCP/IP: Using TCP/IP or RTU/TCP, it is necessary to inform the data shown below for the communication to be successful. 

3 Configurar IED: submenu utilizado para definir o nome do IED e, caso o usuário tenha disponível, no campo Template é possível importar um modelo de um IED de entrada;

4 Selected IEDs: Shows a list containing the IEDs selected for inclusion in the system later;

5 Address: Shows the selected address.
