About IDM/SDM

The OLTC torque monitor - IDM and Smart device for torque monitor - SDM are devices that performs on-line monitoring of the torque developed by the on-load tap changer (OLTC) alerting to changes in your typical signature that indicates failures under development. 

The OLTC is, statistically, one of main sources of mechanical failures in transformers, monitoring, any kind of non-natural change in its typical signature or commuting time allows that mechanical failures can be detected right at the initial stage and then, avoid big losses.

The SDM even allows the management and configuration using a web interface.
